I love food, and I have learned how powerful eating the right foods can be for our overall health. Here at Harmony Ignited, I will share with you my favorite recipes - from quick sheet pan dinners for busy weeknights, to my favorite slow cookers meal prep lunch ideas. I don’t eat gluten, very little dairy and zero eggs. So most recipes are made with whole, unprocessed ingredients and a few “cleaned” up comfort foods.
